[ Hey Namine... Did you know that Akane's affection meter for you went unfairly down for things completely out of your control??? For unreasonable reasons??? It's true!

So when she first makes eye contact, out and about wherever Namine is at, at first she just looks annoyed. (Maybe she's still just upset about all the death?)

... Then forces a more neutral expression! ]

There are more this time. Isn't this going to make things uneven? With all the bonds or whatever?

but she won't question the annoyed look since, you know, everyone is upset so it's not that odd. ]

... yeah. If whoever has that bond power can only do it once, then at least three people are going to die this time.

How do we decide? Or do we get any say in it at all.

Then I guess we could vote and just make that person do what we say...? Or they could go against it and we might not know who to blame...

I think we should probably ask the people themselves. It'll be weird, to make that decision without their input when it's their lives.

Some of the books have pictures, so that's easier to follow.

I don't think any of us will learn enough to actually help someone who gets hurt real bad. You know?

But I guess it might help to figure out how people died and help us know what to look for...

You're right. We'll have to wait until we know more before we can start guessing. And even if it turns out to be air, we don't even know who that consists of.

[ ... Hmmm... Akane pauses for a moment. Then: ]

Since you're reading about medicine, are you learning more about health?

Then you must have learned about how humans need a relatively healthy diet or they'll get sick, right?

Like... A person can't just live on coffee.

Uh-huh. It really makes me worry if he's going to risk his health for silly reasons, you know?
