[ After the death announcement, Akane is making her way back to her house. She's visibly frustrated by this whole situation, and kind of... Stomping? But she doesn't look like she's particularly emotional about it. She doesn't look scared or sad.

Just annoyed.

She spots Shirasu around--somewhere. Near the houses? Who knows. After a making eye contact she seems to decide conversation sounds fine. ]

So this is how it's going to be here, huh? It's a murder mystery party?

[wagashis]

[They're in a similar boat emotionally, apparently-- Shirasu also doesn't appear to be too negatively affected, though he also doesn't quite look annoyed. His expression's more neutral as he returns that eye contact with a nod, folding his arms.]

...So it seems. It'd be nice if we had more to work with than that, but I suppose we're going to have to wait, aren't we?

It would be better to have all the information so that we could think about it before tomorrow. [ she has no idea how this is going to work. ]

What kind of a god can show us all a vision but can't just say what really happened? Are they just messing with us or something?

[wagashis]

It's entirely possible. I haven't gotten that impression from Lune-san or Sol-kun, but this universe they're working with... there's no telling. Apparently it just ignores their questions at times.

[but those two seem to be trying, most of the time, maybe?]

[ she actually laughs at that. ]

They really have no control, do they? But somehow, we're supposed to?

[wagashis]

From my understanding, they're not meant to-- but I don't see how we're meant to do much more, either.

[that comes with a sigh, a shake of his head.]

So far there's been a little more information with time, but that makes it no less frustrating to wait, does it.

We should be getting more information with time. We're just getting more questions.

[ which makes her impatient... and so, she gets right to the point. ]

Any guesses about what happened?

Beyond the fact that he's dead? I'm avoiding too much speculation until we're sure if that odd dream was actually related to what happened. It's all an unfortunate situation, but I'd hate to get too ahead of ourselves.

[who knows if that was all metaphorical or not, this place would absolutely do that to them.]

...what has me most curious is why anything-- or anyone-- would have killed him. I wouldn't exactly have called him the most likely target.

[looks at tsuru's scroll, looks at his body, etc etc.]

[ Akane nods... reserving judgment is probably a smart thing to do, since it's not like they have much to go on. ]

I didn't get a chance to talk to him, so it's even harder to guess.

[wagashis]

If he's a swordsman, and if he's truly as old as that scroll of his said-- I wouldn't expect him to have died easily, whatever happened.

[a slight shrug of his shoulders, there.]

Anything beyond that... we'll have to see, I suppose. Did you have any guesses of your own?

[ Akane shakes her head... ]

No. I wish I did.

It seems like attacking a swordsman would be stupid unless you were a good fighter, though.
