... What would the corruption use it for? It's not especially suited to a battle.

It could be used to make someone fall in love, and then they might not be able to fight back...? Or to keep them from turning on someone if they do something bad.

[ As for how she wants to use it, hmmm... She mulls this over. The world is her oyster... But she also doesn't want to push Val into doing something he'll hate.

I have an idea! How about you use it on Cinnabar, so that they fall in love with me?

It's just temporary, but since Cinnabar hates me, it'll give us a good idea of how strong it is, and what it looks like. Like, um... Calibrating it?

[He'll close his eyes and consider it. That's his new partner but it's not as though either of them are loyal to each other yet.]

I don't know if it can influence who they fall for, but all the more reason to see how it works.

This way, you and I can look out for them! And we can both see how it works, and I can tell you anything I notice.

But if it turns out they just fall in love with anyone and you can't help it, Cinnabar is so antisocial that it's still a good way to see what happens. And since they're your partner, you can keep them safe!
