Week 1 | Post Death

[ Hey Namine... Did you know that Akane's affection meter for you went unfairly down for things completely out of your control??? For unreasonable reasons??? It's true!

So when she first makes eye contact, out and about wherever Namine is at, at first she just looks annoyed. (Maybe she's still just upset about all the death?)

... Then forces a more neutral expression! ]

There are more this time. Isn't this going to make things uneven? With all the bonds or whatever?

but she won't question the annoyed look since, you know, everyone is upset so it's not that odd. ]

... yeah. If whoever has that bond power can only do it once, then at least three people are going to die this time.

How do we decide? Or do we get any say in it at all.

I think they said something about... one of us decides? I don't know how it works though.

week 1, saturday

[ it's a little after trial has ended, and she walks into the library. naminé gives the room a look over, and pauses when she sees akane.

she doesn't go over right away, like she's debating on whether or not to approach her considering. everything that happened. but she will. ]

... hi.

Hey.

[ Not that Namine picked up on a lot of the animosity to begin with, but today Akane is a little too exhausted by the trial to still be holding onto that. Namine got her affection meter back to neutral, so... Good work.

That, or she's just always ready to casually bitch about things that annoy her. ]

That was so chaotic. It was like none of the pieces wanted to add up to anything.

The things we did figure out, a lot of it was just because of coincidences.

[ if she hadn't gotten stuck in the elevator earlier in the week, people wouldn't have realized you couldn't just open the escape hatch?? ]

Week 2 | Wednesday

[ Sometime in the afternoon, Akane approaches Namine, grabbing at her hand with one of her own! Not... With her injured arm, obviously.

She doesn't have her hoodie on today, leaving the bandage on full display. So you should probably feel sympathetic. Yes, yes, you got stabbed too, but that's not important right now. ]

Oh, Namine! There you are, perfect! Can you help me with something?

[whitewalls]

[ oh

wow, poor akane. naminé nods her head. ]

Oh. Yeah, sure.

[specialdog]

I hurt my arm, so I was hoping you could be like... My assistant chef for the day!

week 2, friday

[whitewalls]

[ it's later in the day, and naminé is looking for someone in particular. she knows that akane was friends with kazuaki, and on top of that minato is now in danger, so

well, they're friends, right?

so she's searching for her and finds her in the shrine. ]

... Akane?

[specialdog]

[ Akane definitely looks down, sitting with her knees pulled up to her chest. She peers up at Namine, startled to see her, but then relaxes again. ]

... Hey, Namine.

[whitewalls]

Do you need anything?

[ she won't ask if she's okay since... that's a little obvious. ]

Week 2 | Post Trial

[ Akane hops up beside Namine, smiling brightly! ]

Can I see it, can I see it?

[whitewalls]

[ there's a pause, and then she sighs ]

They're swords, but their purpose seems to be for purification instead of cutting.

I wanna see!

Are there more than one? Does that mean we can do it more than once and save more people?

[ Just casually reminding Namine that Akane is excited to save people, definitely! ]

Week 5 | monday

[ Akane is knocking on the door to Namine's house! Time for a visit! ]

Namineeee, are you home?

[whitewalls]

Akane?

[ it takes a moment, but the door will be opening and naminé will poke her head out. ]

Hi.

[specialdog]

I came over to hang out! ♪

Is that okay?

week 5, sunday

[whitewalls]

[ there's someone looking for akane, wherever she is. ]

[specialdog]

[ Akane is being a neet in her house--the door is unlocked and probably cracked open. She'd not even playing on her phone or lounging around comfortably this time, she's just sitting up against the wall and staring into space.

She doesn't have her boxcutter anymore, so she can't even do art, but this is fine. ]

[whitewalls]

[ ... ah.

she just watches her for a moment, but when akane doesn't move, naminé just lightly knocks against the doorframe to let her know that someone's here. ]

week 6, saturday

[ a little after trial, akane is getting a visit at gay baby jail.

naminé knocks on the door, opening it up a little just so that she can see who it is. ]

[ hello and welcome to my jail.

At least Akane is doing better than she had been... Before the trial, weirdly? She's playing on her phone. As per usual. ]

[ Hm, this is kind of awk now that she's not, like, crying anymore. ]
